Dear Falcon Community,
As I complete my fifth year as the General Director of this amazing institution, I have been reflecting upon the many challenges that we have overcome together and considering the possibilities that will greet us as we begin each school
year.
Our collective efforts continue to elevate the excellent education our students receive as we begin the expansion of our campus into the building next door. The architectural plans have been completed after several revisions, and we are prepared to move forward in an incremental fashion.
Our new multipurpose science lab /auditorium is now open and within the next year, the remainder of the building will be renovated for our performing/visual arts classes, a faculty workspace, a new FALCON store, administrative offices, and a new cafeteria area for our high school.
Moving forward, I am excited about our continued progress and feel especially energized considering the challenges and possibilities that lie ahead. We will continue expanding and enhancing our curriculum through the addition of AP classes so that our students will be better prepared to pursue additional
educational opportunities upon graduation from CISS.
